Welcome to Presentkorgenstockholm. By accessing our website (presentkorg1@gmail.com) or placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below. Please read them carefully.

1. General

This website is operated by Presentkorgen. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Presentkorgen.
By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available here.

2. Products & Orders

We sell customized gift baskets and handcrafted presents.
By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All products are subject to availability

  • Photos may vary slightly from the final basket, depending on seasonal items

  • Some decorations shown in images may be for display only

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons such as incomplete information, payment issues, or misuse.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

We are not responsible for additional fees charged by banks, PayPal, Klarna, or card providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Sweden using PostNord, Instabox, DHL, or our local delivery partners (depending on location).

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong basket, you must contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and assist you accordingly.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color preferences

  • Personal preferences

  • Delayed delivery by the carrier

6. Allergies & Food Items

Some baskets may contain products with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us about allergies before placing an order.

We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by items included in the basket.

7. Personal Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR and used only to process your order and provide customer support.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud

  • Abuse or harassment

  • Uploading harmful code

  • Violating local or international regulations

We may terminate your access to the site if misuse is detected.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping provider

  • Lost packages handled by the carrier

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Damage that occurs after delivery

  • Situations outside our control (weather, transport issues, etc.)

These Terms of Service are governed by Swedish law.
