At Presentkorgenstockholm , each order is prepared with care to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
Perishable goods Due to the perishable nature of our products — including food items, chocolate, and other consumables — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(d), perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Non-perishable items For any non-perishable items included in our gift baskets (e.g. candles, accessories, glassware), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective orders If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@presentkorgstockholm.se with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will help you contact the shipping carrier and open a claim if needed.
