Shipping Policy

At Presentkorgen, we aim to deliver your gift baskets quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Customized or large orders may require extra preparation time depending on product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


2. Delivery Methods

We deliver within Sweden using:

  • PostNord

  • DHL

  • Local delivery partners (when available, typically within Stockholm)

The delivery option available at checkout is based on your location and the size of the order.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated by the carrier.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Basket size

  • Weight

  • Delivery method

  • Delivery location

All shipping prices are shown in SEK.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping fees to resend the package

  • Any return fees from the carrier

No refunds are provided for incorrect address errors.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your basket arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and assist you as quickly as possible.


7. Lost Packages

If the carrier loses your package:

  • We will help you open a claim with the shipping provider.

  • Replacement approvals depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.

We are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


8. Local Delivery (if applicable)

For customers within Stockholm, we may offer local delivery depending on availability.
Delivery times will be scheduled after placing the order.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside Europe.
We do not deliver to PO boxes that carriers cannot access.
